2/1/2009: Freeze Your Buns Run - 22:06. Pulled right ham at 2K mark. Had been on 6:15 pace. Limped it in.
2/14/2009: Valentines Day 5K - Official 22:35 (7:17). (Unofficial - by watch) 22:16 (7:11 pace). 10th overall (213), 1st 45-49. Three minutes off what I should be running due to right ham strain/tear.
3/8/2009: Life Time Fitness Indoor Triathlon - 1st in the Master's Division (40 and up) and 5th Overall.
3/14/2009: 100% Irish for a Day 5K - 21:05 (6:48/mi). 23rd out of 444. 2nd in 45-49 age group.
