And it looks like the bike course is a bit over 12-miles. By the car's odometer I read 12.4 miles. We'll see what the bike says Saturday.

2/14/2009: Valentines Day 5K - Official 22:35 (7:17). (Unofficial - by watch) 22:16 (7:11 pace). 10th overall (213), 1st 45-49. Three minutes off what I should be running due to right ham strain/tear.
3/8/2009: Life Time Fitness Indoor Triathlon - 1st in the Master's Division (40 and up) and 5th Overall.
