I am so tired of this. In some ways not having an option of working outside is worse than having an injury. Truly a downer.
I agree...hopefully I can stay pumped up for Wed. Night Spin. I hear we are doing 8 all out intervals with 2 min rest, hopefully that is just a rumor. She usually does ladder style: 5min, 4, 3, 2, 5, 4, 3, 2 or something like that. Maybe 5, 4, 3, 2, 2, 3, 4, 5.

Yes, I agree, this weather sucks for trying to run outside. I was hoping to get a couple of more runs in before this weekends 100% Irish 5K. Oh well, I will try to get something in today and tomorrow before the run. I sure as heck won't be trying to break 20 minutes though, more like 30. Hope to see you there.
