Crunch will come from crackers/veggies, sweets from fruits, you'll actually taste the natural sodium in real food. Use non-dairy substitutes (cream cheese, sour cream, almond milk)--although processed, they have less additives that addict you in them. When you need to cheat, you will find that a small piece of something forbidden (mini choc bar) more than satisfies.
